Transcription
We can produce transcripts of virtually any recorded material. We routinely transcribe dictation, one-on-one interviews, group meetings, focus groups, speeches and presentations, meetings, legal proceedings, healthcare notes, raw production footage and broadcast material. We can also produce time-coded transcripts for production editing. We can work with most media formats including standard cassette tapes, VHS tapes, CDs, DVDs and digital audio or video files.
Dictation
We offer a phone-in dictation service which is available toll-free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can simply call from any phone, follow a few simple keypad instructions and leave your dication on our secure server where it is immediately available to our transcriptionists. Individuals who regularly need to dictate notes are especially fond of this service, including many of our medical and legal clients.
Editing and Proofreading
We can work with manuscripts at any stage of production to check for and correct errors in spelling and grammar, including punctuation, capitalization, subject-verb and tense agreement and variances from standard and preferred usage.
