Transcription and Dictation
When it comes to charging for our Transcription and Dictation Services, we believe that the more straightforward the pricing, the better. Many Transcription Services charge by the word, line, page or work-hour, making it very difficult for you to estimate your costs upfront. For well-recorded material,* we are comfortable offering you a flat rate based on the duration of your recorded material. While there may still be variables such as poor recording quality or highly technical terminology, this per-recorded-hour pricing structure allows you to anticipate your costs before you send us your material. Our standard prices are as follows, billed to the nearest minute:
Dictation, single speaker, or one-on-one interview material:
Standard: $200 per recorded hour.
Time Coded: $250 per recorded hour.
Multiple speakers, group meetings and focus group material
Standard: $250 per recorded hour.
Time coded: up to $295 per recorded hour.
*Poorly recorded or highly technical material may require additional charges.
Editing and Proofreading
For editing and proofreading or custom projects, we charge $60 per work-hour. We will be pleased to review your project and provide a no-obligation cost and turnaround estimate.
