History
Founded in Raleigh, North Carolina,
in 1983, Rogers Word Service (RWS)
began as a general administrative support company. Since
then, we have been hard at work providing a variety of document-related services
to clients throughout the
United States
and internationally.
Over the years, RWS has evolved into a transcription service for
those seeking accuracy and a timely turnaround. We immensely
enjoy working with our clients—who are diverse in every way—and helping them
meet their deadlines with accurate, timely transcripts.
Staff
Transcriptionists with an aptitude for language(s), a dedication
to detail, and the mental ability to master a wide range of topics are key for
superior transcription. RWS transcriptionists are all
highly-trained, intelligent individuals with a variety of backgrounds and areas
of expertise. They are essential to the quality of the transcripts
produced by RWS.

Since we understand the sensitive and highly confidential nature
of what you entrust to us, we require each employee to sign a non-disclosure
agreement before joining our team, and we routinely sign such agreements with
our clients. Our servers and digital systems are secured and
constantly monitored by IT security specialists to prevent unauthorized access.
